Sports medicine

Sports injuries come in all shapes and sizes, just like athletes. So we treat a full range of sports injuries for athletes of all ages, sports and levels of competition. Our goal is to return you to the game as quickly and as safely as possible, whether it’s pickup pickleball or varsity tennis.

Our highly trained sports medicine team is led by Thomas Mullin, MD, a board-certified family physician specializing in Sports Medicine. His experience spans the breadth of acute and chronic conditions related to living an active lifestyle, from injuries to the musculoskeletal system to arthritis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and more. He is also an expert in concussion management, a concern for young athletes and adults alike, and a unwavering advocate for sports safety.

Sports medicine-related injuries are seen in Mora, Hinckley and Pine City. To learn more, call Welia Health at 320.679.1313 or schedule an appointment using MyChart.
