If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, dial 9.1.1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Mental health problems can affect anyone, it does not discriminate based on age or gender. In fact, as many as 1 in 5 people are affected. Areas of your life influenced by mental health issues include your emotional health, psychological health and, potentially, overall well-being.
Welia Health provides a spectrum of integrative mental health services including diagnostic, ADHD, dementia screenings as well as short-term individual psychotherapy (talk therapy). Our psychologists work hand in hand with Welia Health primary care providers, enabling us to better care for you or your loved one.
