Even small lifestyle and nutritional changes can make a big difference in how you feel. Our experienced registered dietitians* diagnose and manage the dietary and nutritional needs of patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They plan, develop and implement healthy eating guidelines and nutritional requirements to help patients modify their eating habits to help them meet their health goals, whatever those may be. Nutrition.gov has extensive online resources if you want to learn more.

*Welia Health’s registered dietitians have received Adult Weight Management certificates from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Please contact your insurance provider to confirm that nutrition counseling is covered by your health plan and if you need a referral.
