Heart Month: Welia Center Walk Challenge

February is American Heart Month, a time to pay special attention to understanding, preventing,
and treating heart disease – the leading cause of death in the nation. One of the ways we do this is
through our walk challenge at the Welia Center. With each stride, you’re embracing heart health.

We aim to walk 50 miles during the month of February! Grab your log to help you keep track at the Welia Center. Participants will all receive a prize!
