It’s not too late! Join the Log your Laps program and walk your way to a better YOU! Each time you are at Welia Center for a walk or run, write in the number of steps, laps, or miles in a circle on your card – however you track your distance (one circle per day only). Lap cards will be available on the upper level of Welia Center near office 250.

Once a month, drop it in the Walk Box for a free t-shirt and a chance to win more Welia Health gear!
