Heart Disease Support Group

Recover and move forward with confidence after a cardiac event or heart disease diagnosis. The Heart to Heart Support Group is a supportive group led by experienced cardiac rehabilitation professionals that offers education, encouragement, and connection with others on a similar journey. Topics include heart-healthy lifestyle habits, stress management, and current treatment options.

As a service to our community, Welia Health support groups are free and open to all.

The Heart to Heart Support Group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, September–May, from 2:00–3:00 PM at Welia Center’s Fitness & Community Room.
