Welia Health is proud to announce the launch of a new community wellness initiative designed to strengthen preventive health and help patients stay current with the care they need.
Through this program, trained staff will contact patients by phone to assist with scheduling important preventive services — including annual wellness visits, health screenings, and chronic condition follow-ups. Outreach calls will come from 320.364.7118.
We want to assure our patients that this program is not a solicitation or scam. It is a trusted, no-cost service from Welia Health, designed to make preventive care more accessible for our patients and community.
“Our goal is to make it easier for patients to access care and maintain their health,” said Leif Ulstrom, Welia Health Director of Clinic Operations. “By proactively reaching out to help schedule needed screenings and appointments, we can improve both individual well-being and overall community health.”
This initiative is part of Welia Health’s ongoing commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and health equity. Outreach staff are trained to answer questions, provide guidance, and connect patients with the care they need — close to home.
