Welia Health vaccine waiting list

Following guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health, Welia Health is actively compiling a waiting list for the COVID-19 vaccine.

If you are a resident of Kanabec or Pine Counties, we encourage you to EMAIL or CALL to be added to our waiting list.

Email COVID@welia.org or call 320.674.0041 and include the following information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Your preferred contact information, either phone number or email address
• State if you are a current Welia Health patient, that is, have you been seen in the past three years?
• State what county you live in, Kanabec County or Pine County

Call

If you live in Kanabec County call 320.679.6417. If you live in Pine County call 320.591.1690. Leave a message with the following information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Your preferred contact information, either a phone number or email address

Additional vaccination sites
