Mora will once again welcome skiers for the beloved Vasaloppet. This year, for the 49th annual race weekend, things will look a bit different.
Races placing safety first
In order to ensure the safety of participants and comply with local and state COVID-19 guidelines, Vasaloppet 2021 will take place over two days, Saturday and Sunday, February 13-14, with limited registration and a staggered open trak start line. Learn more and register for the Classic, Vasa, Dala, and Bell Ringer.
For those who may be uncomfortable with an in-person race due to COVID-19 concerns, Vasaloppet has introduced a virtual option which allows skiers to race at their convenience any time between January 30-February 14.
