It’s that time of year again, time for the annual flu shot, but for many, there seems to be one excuse after another about how or why not get one, one for yourself or your family.

How to get your flu shot
Welia Health is offering flu shots for the 2022-2023 flu season. Simply call any of our three clinics to make an appointment, or make an appointment online using MyChart. Same-day appointments may be available.

In addition, flu shots are available at the Mora Community Pharmacy and Pine City Community Pharmacy for adults 18 years and older.
