"As a parent, do not hesitate to have a speech and language evaluation completed if you speculate your child is not reaching the developmental milestones that are expected for their age. With the rapid growth of your child's development from birth to 5 years, early childhood is the most important time to provide intervention in order for your child to become the most successful through all stages of life." ~ Bethany Werner, MS, CCC-SLP

I began my career in pediatric speech therapy following graduation, serving patients ages 18 months to 18 years old with a variety of speech and language delays, including children with autis, ADHD, Down-Syndrome, speech-sound disorders, pragmatics, and receptive and expressive language disorders. I am certified in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) which is a program to facilitate patients with little to no communication abilities to communicate their wants and needs through a picture system.
