Welia Health is happy to announce we can safely provide Wellbeats fitness classes at Welia Center (formerly called Community Wellness Center) once again! Wellbeats is a virtual platform that Welia Center members can join for free.

Classes start Monday, March 22 at 6am — start spring off on the right foot!
