Lung Disease Support Group with Guest Speaker

This month, Infection Preventionist Justyna Holcombe, MA, BSN, RN, CIC,  joins the group to discuss Winter Lung Health and Infection Prevention. During her presentation, she will cover:

• Why infection prevention matters during cold and flu season
• The latest on respiratory vaccines and prevention strategies
• Everyday hygiene and smart masking tips

Who should attend?Anyone living with COPD, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, Long COVID, or sleep apnea—as well as caregivers and loved ones. Connect with others,learn from experts, and leave with actionable strategies to feel your best.
