Diabetes Support Group – Pine City

Living with diabetes can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to manage it alone. Welia Health’s Diabetes Support Group offers a supportive, welcoming space for individuals with diabetes, as well as family members and friends, to connect, learn, and share experiences.

Led by knowledgeable healthcare professionals, group discussions focus on practical, real-life topics to help you feel more confident and supported in your day-to-day diabetes care.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, you’re welcome here.

This group meets in Mora and Pine City.
