Welia Health is modernizing its patient billing experience by transitioning to a fully digital communications platform. Beginning immediately, patients will receive billing statements and payment notifications via email, text message, or mail—making it easier than ever to view and pay a statement from any device, at any time.

The new system is designed with patient convenience at the forefront. Rather than waiting for a paper statement to arrive in the mail, patients will receive a personalized digital notification with a secure link to access their account and complete payment in just a few clicks—no username or password required.

What Patients Can Expect

With the new digital billing system, Welia Health patients will be able to:

  • Complete payments quickly and securely without the need to create an account or remember login credentials.
  • View past statements and payment history online at any time.
  • Set and update personal delivery preferences at any time — choosing whether to receive communications by email, text, or mail.
