Heart disease support group
Heart to Heart is a cardiac rehabilitation support group for those who have had a cardiac event or who have heart disease along with their families and friends. The support group is led by our team of cardiac rehabilitation nurses and exercise physiologists who are there to support your journey by teaching healthy lifestyles through education, counseling, and training.
A variety of topics are discussed each month, including wellness, stress, cardiac care, heart disease in general, treatment options, medication management, and diabetes. The group determines other topics.
As a community service, there is no charge for this support group, and everyone is welcome to attend. For more information, call 320.225.3364.
The Heart to Heart Support Group meets the fourth Tuesday of every month, September through May, from 2–3pm at our Mora campus.
