Welia Health is pleased to announce expanded hours for its Urgent Care services in Pine City, beginning May 5, 2025. Located at 1425 Main St N, Pine City, MN 55063, Urgent Care will now be open 7 AM–7 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9 AM–7 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Welia Health’s Urgent Care offers no-appointment, walk-in care for individuals three months and older who are experiencing urgent medical problems that are not life- or limb-threatening. It is a cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit for a wide range of common medical concerns.
Some of the most frequently treated conditions include:
- Cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms
- Sore throats, strep testing, cough, and sinus infections
- Minor sprains, strains, and broken bones
- Fever, ear pain, and headaches/migraines
- Rashes, bug bites, pink eye, and minor burns or bruises
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Pregnancy testing and sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Small cuts, scrapes, and stitches
This is not an all-inclusive list. Patients with life- or limb-threatening conditions should go directly to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
It’s important to note that Welia Health Urgent Care does have limitations, and some cases may require referral to the Emergency Department or follow-up with a primary care provider.
“Our goal is to provide timely, accessible care to the community,” said Sarah Holmgren, Director of Emergency Services at Welia Health, “By expanding our hours, we can better serve patients when it’s most convenient for them—before work, after school, or on the weekend.”
