Operation Community Connect

All Kanabec County residents are welcome to attend the Kanabec County Operation Community Connect (OCC) free resource fair.

Resources available include:

Free lunch from 11am – 2pm
Touch a Truck (for the kids), weather permitting
While supplies last –
- Children’s winter coats and boots
- Adult winter coats
- Hygiene products
- Gloves
- Socks
- Prizes and giveaways!

Free transportation is available to the event by calling Timber Trails at 1.888.217.5222.

Operation Community Connect

The Pine County Operation Community Connect (OCC) Event will be on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the Hinckley-Finlayson High School from 10am-2pm.

Pine County Health and Human Services along with outside vendors/resources for dental, mental health, seniors, housing, food access, legal and veterans services. Attendees will receive a free meal, hygiene care package, cooking supplies, backpacks and cold weather gear and we’ll even have free haircuts available. Arrowhead Transportation will be providing free rides to the event to provide greater access.
