At every well-child visit

Your child’s yearly appointments will provide you with important information about your child’s physical and emotional health. You’ll also be able to ask questions and discuss concerns with the provider. It’s a good idea to keep a written list of any concerns as they arise, and bring this with you. In addition, bring your child’s medications with you to his/her appointments.
