Caregivers support group
Caring for someone who is unable to care for themself can be stressful and emotional.
The Caregivers Support Group offers emotional support and education for anyone caring for a loved one. This group is designed to provide a place to share personal experiences, strategies, and feelings. Caregiving can be isolating, and this group offers support from others who are giving care or have been caregivers. We’re here to help in a judgement-free environment. Here you’ll have the opportunity to talk or just listen.
The Caregivers Support Group meets the second Wednesday of each month from 1:30–2:30pm at our Mora campus. The group determines topics to be discussed.
As a community service, there is no charge for this support group, and everyone is welcome to attend.
