Welia Health has released its 2026–2028 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a comprehensive review of the health needs and priorities of residents in Kanabec and Pine counties.
Completed every three years in collaboration with community organizations, public health leaders, and healthcare partners, the CHNA combines local data with direct input from community members and key stakeholders. This information was analyzed to identify the most pressing health challenges facing the communities Welia Health serves.
The findings will guide Welia Health’s strategic planning and community health initiatives over the next three years, helping focus resources on areas with the greatest opportunity to improve health outcomes.
Welia Health thanks the many individuals and organizations who contributed their time, insight, and expertise throughout the assessment process. Their participation ensures the CHNA reflects both data-driven analysis and the real experiences of people in the community.
