Over the next few weeks, Medicare patients may receive a notice explaining that Welia Health participates in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). This notice is for your information only—no action is needed.

Medicare requires healthcare providers to notify patients when they participate in an ACO.
An ACO is a group of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who work together to coordinate care and support better health outcomes for our communities. At Welia Health, coordinated care helps ensure you receive the right care at the right time—while reducing unnecessary or duplicate services. This approach can save time, reduce frustration, and improve overall care.
Your Medicare benefits and provider choices will not change. You may continue to see any doctor, hospital, or provider that accepts Medicare, just as you do now.
We appreciate the trust you place in Welia Health and look forward to continuing to support your healthcare needs.
If you have questions, please contact your provider or nurse care team through MyChart or call Welia Health at 320.679.1212.
