Visitor Guidelines Changed

After careful review of the Minnesota Department of Health guidelines, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, and other organization’s visitation policies, Welia Health has made the following changes:

Visitors to the hospital, emergency department, or to an outpatient type services (rehab, clinic, imaging, chemotherapy, infusion and the like) at Welia Health will be limited to those who have a family member that is critically ill, dying, or is a partner/spouse for a woman in labor.
Children under 18 will not be allowed to visit patients in the hospital, emergency department, or to an outpatient type service (list above). Please do not bring additional children to scheduled appointments.

We understand that this may be a challenging time for your hospitalized loved one. The decision allow us to help keep our patients, staff, and communities protected. We encourage the utilization of FaceTime, phone calls, and other methods to communicate with your loved one.
