May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health is an essential part of our overall health. After two years of a pandemic, anxiety and depression have increased by an astounding 25%. At Welia Health, we are committed to raising awareness about these and other mental health conditions. Look for articles in this newsletter each month highlighting mental health topics. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health, see these local resources, or call us at 320.679.1313 to schedule an appointment with one of our mental health providers.
