Welcome new providers


New Family Medicine physician in Mora

Rachel Dubay, MD

Welia Health is delighted to welcome Rachel Dubay, MD, to the hospital and clinic in Mora. Dr. Dubay recently completed an obstetrics fellowship in Seattle. Originally from the Twin Cities, she is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. Welcome to the team, Dr. Dubay!

Advanced Nurse Practitioner joins Mora Clinic

Whitney Naumann, APRN, CNP, has joined Welia Health as the newest member of our Mora Clinic care team. She sees adult patients for general and preventative medical care, chronic disease management, and women’s health services. Welcome, Whitney!

Rural Physician Associate Abby Munsterteiger

Last month, third-year medical student Abby Munsterteiger began clinical training with Welia Health in the Rural Physician Associate Program (RPAP). Munsterteiger is Welia Health’s 46th RPAP student since 1972 and conducts rotations with her preceptor and mentor, Dr. Katie Kroschel.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to Toys for Tots this season. We proudly continued our tradition of spreading the holiday spirit and helping families in need. If you’d still like to donate, visit Toys for Tots.

Bell ringing

Volunteers Bethany, Jillian, and Jamie, representing Welia Health, continued the tradition of bellringing at Coborn’s in Mora. Each year, we team up with the Salvation Army to collect donations for the local areas to provide emergency assistance and disaster relief to those in need.
