DESCRIPTION:Living with a lung condition can feel challenging—but you don’t have to manage it alone. The Lung Disease Support Group offers a welcoming space for individuals living with conditions such as COPD\, asthma\, pulmonary hypertension\, or pulmonary fibrosis. Led by experienced pulmonary rehabilitation specialists\, the group provides education\, encouragement\, and practical strategies to help you navigate daily life. \nParticipants are invited to share experiences\, ask questions\, and connect with others who truly understand. \nAs a service to our community\, Welia Health support groups are free and open to all. \nHave questions or want to learn more?Call Welia Health Rehabilitation Services at 320.225.3646. \nThe Lung Disease Support Group meets on the first Tuesday of every other month\, from 1:00–2:00 PM at Welia Health’s Mora campus.
