Each time you are at Welia Center for a walk or run\, write in the number of steps\, laps\, or miles in a circle on your card – however you track your distance (one circle per day only).  Lap cards will be available on the upper level of Welia Center near office 250. \n\n\n\nOnce a month\, drop it in the Walk Box for a free t-shirt and a chance to win more Welia Health gear!  *Be sure to include your email address for communication regarding prizes and your free t-shirt!
